Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us with your invoice number and details regarding your return so that we can assist you.
- A return may be made within 14 days of the tracked delivery date for a full product refund.
- Product(s) must include an original invoice and be in new, unused, undamaged condition with tags still attached, along with all packaging, accessories and parts.
- Please return the merchandise along with a copy of the invoice/packing slip.
- Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns are to be packaged as close to our original packaging as possible.
- Buyer must pay return shipping costs unless we have delivered an incorrect item in which case we will refund return fees.
- Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. (Please note depending on your credit card company, your credit could take up to 10 business days to clear to your account.)
- We reserve the right to limit returns under certain circumstances.
