In stock orders ship out the next working day.
All orders require a signature and are tracked and insured with our domestic and international couriers. Shipping times are an estimated guide.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. It is important that recipients monitor their delivery using this link and arrange any available delivery preferences directly with the courier where required.

We ship our Christmas decorations and wired ribbons fast from London to the following countries and continents:

Deliveries to the European Union
We have currently paused deliveries to EU destinations while we work on a smoother and more reliable shipping experience, with clearer delivery costs and easier customs handling.
We are preparing to resume EU deliveries in 2026 with a more streamlined service — and we look forward to welcoming our EU customers back.
EU customers can still purchase our products for 2025 using third-party mail forwarders such as
www.ShopandShip.com.
Delivery in Mainland UK
Free Shipping is only enabled for UK orders over £75 (excluding N.I. and Islands).
If delivery cannot be completed due to missed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-collection, and the parcel is returned to us, return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
International Ordering
Our studios are located in West London. We ship internationally five days a week. Simply enter your chosen international delivery address in the checkout to see if we ship to your location.
If you do not see your country listed for delivery in the checkout, please get in touch and we can update our system and give you a delivery quote.
For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. If these charges are not paid and the shipment is returned to us, all return shipping costs and the applicable restocking or cancellation fees will be deducted from any refund, in line with our Terms of Service.
General Delivery Quotes
All delivery prices are based on weights, dimensions and your chosen shipping address. Placing your items in the basket and adding your details will show the delivery charge relating to the items and destination you are sending to.
Pre-Orders
Our unique pre-ordering system allows you to order our latest limited edition designs before the official launch date. As some items can sell out before our official launch dates, our pre-ordering system allows you to secure your chosen designs in advance. Pre-order items will be released from September through to the end of October depending on deliveries. If you have any questions regarding pre-ordering, get in touch — we are always happy to assist.
Pre-order items are ordered specifically in response to customer demand and are subject to our Pre-Order Cancellation Terms as set out in our Terms of Service.
Customs & Duties
Orders are shipped from our studio in London, UK.
United States
USA delivery is temporarily paused due to current import rules and tariff requirements set by U.S. Customs. These regulations are outside our control.
We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to resume service as soon as conditions allow.
Canada, Australia & Other Countries
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import taxes and customs fees upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the destination country’s regulations. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Remote Locations
On very infrequent occasions areas that our courier companies class as remote may incur a “remote area surcharge” on top of the listed shipping cost. Such locations include non-mainland destinations, islands, highlands, mountainous and remote areas that are hard to access. If this should happen, you will be contacted after you have placed your order to inform you of the surcharge.
