Terms of service

1. Products & Availability

1.1 All Products offered on this website (which may vary from time to time) are available for both UK and international delivery.

1.2 All Products are subject to availability. Our collection evolves throughout the year and designs may come in and out of stock.

1.3 If we are unable to supply a Product or any suitable substitute at all, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and will either reimburse your payment in full or allow you to select an alternative Product of equal value.

2. Customer Information & Payment

2.1 You must provide accurate personal details during checkout, including the full delivery address and postcode, intended recipient details (where applicable), and valid payment information. We accept major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. By clicking ‘Complete Order’, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies displayed on this website.

3. Order Acceptance

3.1 Submitting your Order Form constitutes an offer, which is subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.

3.2 We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 General Delivery Information

  • Our delivery service is worldwide, although as of 2022 EU purchases have been suspended.
  • Orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

4.2 Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure all personal and delivery details are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed delivery.
  • For locations where a third party may receive the parcel (offices, hospitals, hotels, ships, business premises, forwarding agents), any authorised signature will be accepted as proof of delivery.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage after delivery to third-party mail forwarding companies.

4.3 Incorrect Address
If the intended recipient has moved or an incorrect/incomplete address was provided, we cannot accept liability where goods were correctly delivered. Restocking, administrative and re-delivery charges will apply in accordance with Section 4.7 below.

4.4 Courier Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will make a limited number of delivery attempts (typically up to three). The number of attempts and delivery process are determined solely by the courier.
  • If delivery cannot be completed, the recipient is responsible for using the courier’s tracking link and/or services such as UPS MyChoice to arrange an alternative delivery date, redirection to an Access Point, or collection where available.
  • If no action is taken by the recipient and the parcel is returned to us, this will be treated as a non-delivery or refused shipment, and the provisions of Section 4.7 will apply.

4.5 Delivery Preference Changes
Any changes to delivery preferences — including changing the delivery date or time, redirecting to an Access Point or depot, or requesting a hold for collection — must be arranged directly by the recipient via the courier’s tracking link and/or services such as UPS MyChoice. Couriers generally do not permit the sender to make these changes on the customer’s behalf. Availability of these options depends solely on the courier.

4.6 Tracking Requirements
You must monitor your parcel via the Track & Trace link provided. If no physical scan appears for 14 days, you must notify us within this period. Failure to report within 14 days voids our ability to investigate and no refund can be issued.

4.7 Returns of Undelivered, Refused or Uncollected Shipments

  • If a parcel is returned due to non-delivery, refusal or non-collection, return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.
  • Re-shipment can only occur once the secondary shipping fee is paid.
  • Parcels not collected from Access Points within 10 days will be returned to us. Once returned, the courier’s return fee and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

4.8 International Duties & Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
  • If these charges are not paid and the shipment is returned, all return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund due.
  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

5. Order Amendments & Cancellations

5.1 Standard (Non-Pre-Order) Items
Orders for items not marked as “Pre-Order” may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return in accordance with our Refund Policy and these Terms.

5.2 Pre-Orders / Special Order Items
Items marked as “Pre-Order” are ordered, allocated or produced specifically in response to customer demand. As a result, our costs and supplier commitments begin immediately upon the customer placing a pre-order.

  • Cooling-off rights: Where a pre-order item is sourced or produced specifically for the customer, the statutory 14-day cancellation right may not apply.

  • Cancellation by the customer: If a customer requests cancellation of a pre-order at any stage after the order has been placed, we may retain a cancellation fee of up to 70% of the item value to reflect costs already incurred.

  • After dispatch or delivery: If a pre-order has been dispatched, delivered, refused, not collected, or returned due to failed delivery attempts, this will be treated as a cancellation after fulfilment. All outbound shipping, return shipping, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and the applicable pre-order cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund due.

5.2 Fraud & Risk Screening
We may cancel and refund any order flagged by our fraud analysis system. Further attempts to reorder may also be cancelled. Where appropriate, suspected fraudulent activity may be passed to the relevant payment provider, financial institution or law enforcement authority.

6. Complaints

6.1 Complaints should be submitted via our Contact Page.

6.2 We advise reporting any issues within one working day of delivery or the intended delivery date.

7. Online Site Operation

7.1 While we use reasonable endeavours to maintain smooth operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. General Terms

8.2 We may suspend or terminate access to the Online Site or Online Services at any time.

8.3 These Terms & Conditions incorporate all notices and policies on this website. In case of conflict, these Terms prevail.

8.5 No third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

8.6 Except for fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement supersedes all prior arrangements.

8.7 Purchases are deemed to occur in the UK. These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
