Refund policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us with your invoice number, email address and details regarding your return so that we can assist you.
This Refund Policy applies to standard stocked items only and should be read alongside our Terms of Service. Different terms apply to pre-order and special order items, which are ordered specifically in response to customer demand.
- A return may be made within 14 days of the tracked delivery date for a full product refund.
This 14-day cancellation and return right does not apply to pre-order or special order items, which are governed by the Pre-Order Cancellation Terms set out in our Terms of Service.
- Product(s) must include an original invoice and be in a new, unused, undamaged condition with tags still attached, along with all packaging, accessories and parts.
- Please return the merchandise along with a copy of the invoice/packing slip.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns are to be packaged as close to our original packaging as possible.
- Buyers must pay return shipping costs unless we have delivered an incorrect item in which case we will refund return fees.
- Where an order is returned to us due to refusal, missed delivery attempts, non-collection, or failure to pay import duties or taxes, outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, and applicable restocking or cancellation fees will be deducted from any refund, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
- Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. (Please note depending on your credit card company, your credit could take up to 10 business days to clear to your account.)
- We reserve the right to limit returns under certain circumstances.
