Where do you deliver to?
We deliver our Christmas decorations and collectables to the following countries and continents:
UK, USA, Australia, Africa, Asia, Canada, Caribbean, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, South America, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine.
Can you deliver to countries not listed above?
Yes we can. Please get in touch with us.
Do you deliver to EU countries?
We are not delivering to the EU this Christmas, but very much hope to be in a position to resume deliveries at the earliest opportunity in 2022.

How can I make a purchase?
To place an order online, simply add the items you wish to order to your Basket and proceed to Checkout. You can make a payment with your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay or PayPal)
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
The privacy and security of your personal information is of paramount importance to us. Our website uses state of the art encryption software and a secure server to protect you and the information you provide to us.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. If you wish to place a phone order, please call 0203 651 7780 and one of our customer care agents will process your order.
Can I include a gift message with my decoration?
We offer a hand written personal gift message card with each gift order.
Please leave your message in the ‘Order Notes’ section of our checkout.
How long does delivery take and cost?
Delivery times vary depending on location but we endeavour to expedite each order within 48 hours. Please see our Delivery Policy page for further details.
Where is my order?
All orders are tracked to follow your items journey from our studios to your home. We will issue a tracking number for each consignment so you may track your order en route to you.
What will happen if the recipient is not home to receive delivery?
All orders are sent on a signed for basis. In the event that you are not home to collect your delivery, a card will be left by the courier company or it will be delivered to your local drop off location.
Can I place an International order?
Yes you can, we do accept international online orders. Just enter your chosen delivery address in the checkout. Alternatively you can reach us via our contact page if you have any questions.
Customs & Charges
We cannot be held responsible for delays or taxes due to customs in your delivery destination. All taxes are payable by the purchaser.
