Where do you deliver to?
We deliver our Christmas decorations and collectables from London to the following countries and continents:
UK, USA, Australia, Africa, Asia, Canada, Caribbean, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, South America, United Arab Emirates.
Can you deliver to countries not listed above?
Yes we can. Please get in touch with us.
Do you deliver to EU countries?
We are not delivering direct to the EU this Christmas.
EU customers can purchase using third party mail forwarders such as www.ShopandShip.com

How can I make a purchase?
To place an order online, simply add the items you wish to order to your Basket and proceed to Checkout. You can make a payment with your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay or PayPal)
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
The privacy and security of your personal information is of paramount importance to us. Our website uses state of the art encryption software and a secure server to protect you and the information you provide to us.
How long does delivery take and cost?
Delivery times vary depending on location but we endeavour to expedite each order within 48 hours. Please see our Delivery Policy page for further details.
Where is my order?
All orders are tracked to follow your items journey from our studios to your home. We will issue a tracking number for each consignment so you may track your order en route to you.
Can I place an International order?
Yes you can, we do accept international online orders. Just enter your chosen delivery address in the checkout. Alternatively you can reach us via our contact page if you have any questions.
Customs & Charges
We cannot be held responsible for delays or taxes due to customs in your delivery destination. All taxes are payable by the purchaser.
